Villa II
Upon entering through the doors of Villa II there is a spacious open floor plan including a comfortable living space and dining area both decorated with high-quality furnishings and modern décor. To add to the comfort of the living space there is a working fireplace and a smart TV. Next to these spaces there is a fully equipped, island-style kitchen furnished with high-end fixtures and appliances. The dining and kitchen spaces, as well as the adjacent living room, include full-wall patio doors generously leading to the outdoor living spaces while also lending well to the stunning views of Crete’s mountainside. The home, both inside and out, is equipped with Bluetooth surround sound for listening pleasure, high-speed Wifi, and a printer.
On the lower level there is Billiards room and a home cinema entertainment center with a 72-inch Smart TV for both fun and relaxation purposes. There is also a complete laundry room and large-sized bathroom.
Once outdoors. the beautifully landscaped terrace boasts a sitting area for one to enjoy a morning coffee, an afternoon respite, or an evening beverage. Beyond the sitting area there is a large dining space featuring an outdoor kitchen area equipped with a sink and barbecue pit, a wood-burning oven, and a Smart TV for full on entrainment experience. Beyond the dining space is a saltwater pool, an adjacent kid-sized pool, a six-person jacuzzi spa with a view of the sea, and a shower for convenience. Additionally, second jacuzzi spa for two on the rooftop offering 180-degree views of the sea and mountains.
Villa II comfortably accommodates 10 people with each bedroom having its own en suite and Smart TV. In total there are five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, all equipped with many modern amenities one seeks in a comfortable, luxurious stay. For additional comfort and ease, there is a bedroom located on the main floor for those who want to avoid stairs.
